Profile brings La Cabra coffee & daily bakes by Tarn Bakery to Shoreditch Design Week
Featured by Topjaw, Glasette and the London Coffee Guide as one of London’s top cafés. Profile works closely with Denmark-based coffee brand La Cabra as its house roaster, alongside a rotating selection of local and international guest roasters and collaborations with a range of independent bakeries on seasonal menus and guest bakery pop-ups. During the festival from 15th-18th September, Profile will be brewing La Cabra coffee at the Town Hall, alongside daily bespoke bakes from Tarn Bakery and focaccia sandwiches by Bread & Truffle. MOMA Oat milk will be available for the duration of the festival.
