Careback: Unfolding extends the transformability of Careback by reversing its construction and redistributing its detachable components across the body.

As the dark tailored exterior is opened and removed, an internal language of blue checked fabric, printed knit, lace and contrasting yellow-purple textiles emerges. Elements previously embedded within the overcoat are repositioned as visible layers, while the carrier structure remains attached to the back and the fastening system enables alternative arrangements around the torso.

This transition from exterior to interior allows the same construction to produce a markedly different silhouette and material presence. Rather than presenting transformation as a change between separate garments, Careback: Unfolding reveals how multiple possibilities can coexist within a single constructed system.
