Interwoven explores weaving as a process of intersection, translating family photographs from personal archives into the material structure of tailored garments.

The photographs are first digitally printed onto textile, then laser-cut into strips and manually interwoven. Individual images are fragmented and crossed with one another, producing surfaces in which photographs remain partially recognisable while becoming inseparable from the textile structure. The resulting material is constructed into a jacket and skirt, bringing the irregularity of reconstructed imagery into dialogue with the precision of tailoring.

Rather than applying family photographs as surface decoration, Interwoven physically restructures them through making. Image, textile and garment become interdependent, allowing personal archives to be carried within the material itself.
