K-BRIQ®, UK-manufactured low carbon brick made from near 100% recycled UK construction & demolition waste
Kenoteq's circular economy and low energy production approach to their first products, the award-winning K-BRIQ®, the K-SLIP™ and new K-TILE™, results in ultra low-carbon, durable materials bringing visual and environmental impact in external, interior and landscaping applications. The products are available in a wide array of colours, created from recycled pigments.
The K-BRIQ's first exterior facade has been unveiled this summer in London's Hackney Wick at The Yard Theatre, using a selection of the K-BRIQ's bolder colours teamed with the Medero Dark Grey K-BRIQ. Designed by Takero Shimazaki Architects.
The 'Waste Not, Want Not House' in East London designed by Whittaker Parsons is predominately built from recycled products, including the Medero Dark Grey K-BRIQ saving eight tonnes of construction waste from landfills and using half the embodied carbon of a typical residential extension.
