Studio Claud Christian, founded in 2019 by designers and ceramicists Claudia Surrage and Christian Cowper, creates playful, handcrafted furniture, lighting, and ceramic objects for interiors. Alongside their own collections, the duo collaborates with furniture manufacturers across Europe and the United States.
Recent residencies and professional roles in Copenhagen and Jingdezhen, China - renowned for its centuries-old ceramic heritage - have enriched the studio's creative practice with new perspectives and influences. These experiences continue to shape the studio's evolving body of work, informing both its latest lighting collection and forthcoming projects.
