Founded by Tim Siadatan and Jordan Frieda, Padella opened in Borough Market in 2016 and quickly became a leader in London’s fresh pasta movement. Known for its hand-rolled pasta, particularly its signature Pici cacio e pepe, alongside Italian antipasti and desserts, Padella serves affordable, expertly crafted dishes using the finest seasonal produce. A second site opened in Shoreditch in 2020, with interiors by Day Studio and an open kitchen where diners can watch chefs hand-roll pasta daily, followed by Soho in 2026. Described by Grace Dent as “rarer than hen’s teeth”, Padella remains one of London’s acclaimed and in-demand restaurants.
Opening hours - 12:00 PM to 3:45 PM and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Sunday.
