Alex Keappock
With over a decade of experience in commercial interiors, Alex Keappock works closely with architects, designers and end users to help bring ambitious workplace visions to life. Based at the Milliken London Showroom, he specialises in bridging the gap between creative design aspirations and practical flooring solutions that deliver lasting performance, sustainability and commercial value.
Known for his collaborative approach and ability to simplify complex decisions, Alex has built strong partnerships across the architecture and design community, supporting projects from early specification through to delivery. His expertise lies in helping clients navigate everything from product selection and budget considerations to sustainability requirements and long-term operational performance.
Throughout his career, Alex has contributed to a number of high-profile projects, including Citibank in Canary Wharf with TP Bennett, GSK’s London headquarters with Penson, and Bank of America with TP Bennett. He is particularly passionate about demonstrating how sustainable design principles, reuse strategies and circular thinking can be integrated into commercial interiors without compromising aesthetics or functionality.
Clients often turn to Alex for his strategic mindset, deep industry knowledge and ability to connect the right people to solve challenges effectively. Whether supporting workplace, hospitality or large-scale commercial projects, his focus remains the same: helping clients make confident decisions that create better experiences for the people who use the spaces.
Alex and Annelies Davis are based at the Milliken London Showroom, where they work closely with the architecture and design community to support projects, share industry insight and explore new opportunities around workplace performance, sustainability and user experience.
"Great workplaces are about more than aesthetics. They should support performance, wellbeing and experience, and it's rewarding to help clients bring that vision to life."
