Jenny Offord is Head of Meridian Water at Enfield Council, leading the delivery of one of London’s largest regeneration programmes. With over 20 years’ experience in planning and development, she is also a passionate advocate for neurodiversity and inclusion. As co-founder of the Neurodiversity in Planning and Ability: RE networks, Jenny champions practical approaches to consider neurodiversity in how we design, communicate and work.
