Rebecca Jilks
Rebecca Jilks is a Neurodivergent architectural designer at Baily Garner Architects, who work on a range of socially driven projects, including SEND provisions, social housing & blue light. Through her University and practice work, Rebecca advocates for neuroinclusive design approaches across architecture and planning. She is an active member of Neurodiversity Architecture Network (NAN) and Neurodiversity in Planning (NiP), contributing to cross-disciplinary conversations and workshops.
